Từ ngày 14/01/2025, Vietnam Airlines chính thức triển khai sản phẩm Premium Economy (Phổ thông đặc biệt) trên mạng đường bay nội địa Việt Nam.

Từ ngày 20/02/2025, hành khách bay trên các chuyến bay của Vietnam Airlines Group (bao gồm Vietnam Airlines, Vasco, Pacific Airlines) có thể chọn chỗ ngồi theo ý muốn ngay từ khi mua vé cho đến 6 tiếng trước giờ khởi hành, thay vì phải chọn chỗ 24 tiếng như trước đây. Chính sách mới này mang lại sự linh hoạt tối đa, giúp hành khách dễ dàng lựa chọn chỗ ngồi yêu thích và tận hưởng chuyến bay thoải mái hơn.
